Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Mr. Elvin who provided an insightful city tour. The rooms were clean, but the breakfast left much to be desired. I moved after one night due to the lack of suitable meeting spaces and the overall service quality. The location was decent, but some aspects were disappointing.
My stay at the hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. On one hand, the staff were incredibly helpful, and I particularly appreciated Mr. Elvin, who provided an excellent city tour. The breakfast was decent, and my room was clean with a good bathroom. However, the lack of public spaces for meetings, poor service during breakfast, and the hotel's insistence on their own taxi service made it less than ideal for my needs.
My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Elvin, who gave us a fantastic city tour. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. On the downside, there were no communal areas to relax or meet visitors, and the breakfast service felt a bit lacking. Overall, it was a reasonable choice for a family stay, but improvements are needed.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff was excellent and really helped make our city tour enjoyable, especially Mr. Elvin. The rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. On the other hand, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, and I found the breakfast options to be quite poor in quality. There were also issues with service, which made it less ideal for business purposes.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were excellent, and they even arranged a lovely city tour for me, the overall amenities were lacking. The breakfast quality left much to be desired, and there seemed to be a disconnect in service, like when I requested milk and received it straight from the carton. Given this, I can't say it felt like a true four-star experience.
